Return and Refunds

Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on one sculpture.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Production (before CAD approval): Orders may be canceled with a full refund.

  • After CAD Approval (before shipment): Orders may be canceled, but a 50% restocking fee applies to cover design and production preparation.

  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

  • Urgent order fees are non-refundable.


2. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days after delivery for eligible products.

  • Custom or made-to-order sculptures, showroom pieces, and special orders are non-returnable once production has started, except in cases of shipping damage, manufacturing defects, or wrong items received.


3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

  • You must contact us before returning any item to receive return authorization (RMA) and the correct return address. Unauthorized returns may be refused.


4. Return Shipping & Fees (Required Disclosure)

  • For buyer-initiated returns (e.g. change of mind, size preference), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For quality issues, damaged items, or incorrect items caused by us, we cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.

  • A 50% restocking fee applies to approved returns not caused by our error.

  • No restocking fee applies if the return is due to our mistake.

Return fees summary: Buyer pays return shipping for customer-initiated returns; seller covers return shipping for damaged/incorrect items; a 50% restocking fee applies to eligible returns.


5. How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@onesculpture.com within 15 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item was damaged.

  3. Receive your RMA approval and return address from us.

  4. Ship the item back and provide the tracking number.

  5. We inspect the return and arrange a refund or replacement.


6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to complete the refund.

  • If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact luke@maopingstore.com.


7. Shipping Delay Disclaimer

Once an order is shipped, delivery times may be affected by external factors (carriers, customs, etc.). While delivery times are not guaranteed, we will assist customers in tracking packages and filing claims where applicable. Force majeure delays do not qualify for cancellation once production has started.
